Our Story begins in December 2017 when our curator and founder, Ian Brown started the "RAF Sculthorpe, the forgotten Cold War Base" on Facebook.
The page quickly grew and Mr Brown realised the huge interest.
In early 2019, Mr Brown struck a deal with the Green Park Rural Centre to use the back room as a Heritage Centre.
His original plan had been his garage!
Over 6 months, he and his young family worked at creating a small heritage room for RAF Sculthorpe.
On August the 11th, 2019, The RAF Sculthorpe Heritage Centre opened its doors to over 1,000 visitors!
The rest, they say is history!

Our passion to keep the history and memories of RAF Sculthorpe relies on public support, your support.
Without people donating to the centre, our work would be made so much harder.
If you feel you can help out in any small way or you have something you think we may be interested in, please do get in touch.

We are a non for profit organisation and self fund.

We have our supporters boards in the foyer area in which all our visitors see your name or a loved one.
To add your support, we need a £40 or more donation.
This can be made to our go fund me or by BACS to our bank account.
